How to Talk to Women
So you are on your first date and want to talk to this beautiful girl but nothing is coming out. What should a guy do? Here are some tips on breaking the ice and talking to women.
We have all been there before, uncomfortable silences. Many guys are not that talkative or shy at times, especially on the first date. We don’t want to come across sounding conceited and probably realize that women don’t want to hear about sports or how we tuned up the engine on our cars. The best advice one can give, is just be yourself. Don’t worry about talking about a specific subject to seem super smart or avoiding the things you love the most because you think she wouldn’t be interested. Many people don’t realize is that if two people are going to enjoy themselves together, than they can’t act, they have to be natural.
Another important thing to consider is that Women are not men, so don’t talk to them like men. I am not telling you to talk about flowers, but be a little gentler, a little softer. Don’t yell across the table, like you do to your buddies at the bar either. Be respectful and thoughtful during the conversation. Ask her questions; let her know that you are interested in her. Girls want to see that you care. That you have a pulse.
Many guys try to overact. They want to look macho. This is not necessary. A girl probably already knows that you’re a stand up person, that’s probably why she decided to go out with you or talk to you in the first place.
So if you want to impress a girl, just be yourself, be thoughtful and respectful to her and show her that you are interested in her. Believe me, everything else will follow.
