Insomnia is a sleeping disorder in which the sufferer is unable to either fall asleep in a timely manner or unable to get a full night of refreshing sleep.
Many doctors advise that the minimal amount of sleep is seven hours for adults. If you’re not getting at least seven hours of sleep per night you may experience negative consequences such as your body feeling sluggish and lethargic.
